SMS Messaging Terms and Consent Notice

Effective Date: April 2, 2026

This SMS Messaging Terms and Consent Notice explains how NightCurrent Labs LLC and its business customers ("Customers") may send text messages through the NightCurrent platform, and what consent you provide when you opt in.

Note: In most cases the sender of text messages is the NightCurrent Customer (a business such as a home-services company) whose website or contact form you used to provide your number. NightCurrent operates as the technology platform that powers the messaging on that Customer's behalf.


1. Program Description

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree that NightCurrent or its customers using the NightCurrent platform may send you informational or conversational text messages, including:

  • account or service notifications;
  • appointment or scheduling messages;
  • customer support messages;
  • follow-up messages you request;
  • verification or security codes; and
  • marketing messages only where you have provided any consent required by law.

2. Consent

By opting in, you authorize the applicable sender to send text messages to the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase unless expressly stated otherwise. Message frequency may vary.

3. Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message you receive or by using another reasonable method made available to you. After opting out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your request.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

6. Eligibility and Authorized Number Use

You confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number you provide and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.

7. AI-Generated Replies

Replies to your text messages may be generated automatically using an AI language model (currently Anthropic Claude). This means the content of messages you send may be transmitted to Anthropic's systems to produce a response. AI-generated replies are reviewed and sent by or on behalf of the NightCurrent Customer whose program you enrolled in. If you prefer not to receive AI-generated replies, you may reply STOP at any time to opt out of the program entirely.

8. Privacy

Information collected in connection with text messaging is subject to our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Changes or Termination

We may modify or discontinue a messaging program at any time, subject to applicable law.
